![]() ![]() I said I know that and tried to explain what we have done many times. ![]() Before I could say another word he cut me off telling me they were a limo not a shuttle. I said that's right we take the shuttle to St Georgre. He then said it didn't have any flight information. When I started to explain he told me to wait and let him finish (not cool). Just before 10pm I got a call asking if I needed two limos. Today I noticed our return to st George was earlier than I thought so I sent a text asking our pick up to be adjusted. I've book several limos with Bell over the last few years. The driver we did get to use at the beginning was nice. I assumed they would only vouche for quality companies. I did not check them out prior because they were part of a southwest vacation deal. We barely made it after paying twice to get there. “Press one for a hot guy… press 2 for a hot girl.” Thankfully there were taxis waiting at the casino. I call the number and get some dating service. I receive a text saying it’s not a monitored line and a number to call if I need assistance. At 3:30 when there was no shuttle I reply confirm to the text thinking maybe I was supposed to and that was the problem. I also received a confirmation text telling me to be in front of the casino at 3:30am as our flight left at 5:05 and to be available on my phone. We managed to get out tickets to ride the shuttle from the airport to the casino and secured the tickets for the ride back to the airport. I thought maybe the guy was training because he appeared to have no idea what he was doing. Bell was truly the worst, most disappointing part of my wedding. ![]() I completely missed the window I'd scheduled with my photographer (because he was on the freaking bus!). The melee caused a significant delay and destroyed the timeline for my wedding. Everyone at Bell only had attitude, BS, and excuses. Any decently run company would've prioritized solving the problem on their end (and maybe taking a bit of accountability) but no. But why wouldn't that be communicated BEFORE loading everyone on a bus and driving off? Also, the money refunded for the first ride and the money charged for the replacement ride were the same, give or take five bucks. Now why would we need to make additional payment for Bell to rectify THIER mistake?Īpparently Bell would refund my mother for the unused "time" in the first ride and she'd need a new reservation. Not only did the driver take the absolute longest he could getting my family there (they arrived 20 mins after they were supposed to and JUST in the nick of time) but then for some odd reason he left? Even though we'd paid for 2.5 hours he just assumed that we did not want or need return transportation? When my mom was finally able to get Bell to send someone out, that person began the trip and then MID DRIVE pulled over in the side of the road demanding additional payment. We booked for 2.5 hours so that we could have round trip transportation from our hotel to the wedding chapel. Oh how is wish I'd consulted yelp before I let my mother book Bell for my wedding events. After calling them back the manager refused to take my phone call. After calling the company 2 days after the wedding to explain my complaints I never got a return phone call after saying they would "investigate" the issue. My now husband and I get into our private vehicle which did not have the air conditioning on nor a bottle of cold water in 112 degree vegas heat. After multiple calls to the company within the 30 minutes after the ceremony they changed the reservation to continuous shuttles. This left me 5 minutes after getting married in tears because the shuttles were refusing to shuttle our guests where they needed to be. After the groom asked the driver if he would mind staying until the last minute to leave the driver rudely said he would be charged extra.when all along we had booked continuous shuttles. The shuttle only took one group of passengers to the church and left the rest at the resort needing to get ubers. I called this transportation service to help coordinate my transportation for 100 guests for a destination wedding to and from the rest, church and reception venue. After having one of the worst experiences of my life with transportation on my wedding day on Jin Las Vegas I can honestly say I've never felt more disrespected by the entire company. I would never recommend this company to another person. ![]()
